SDS has designed a sensible, innovative team building process to help you harness the creative capacity and maximum productivity of your employees. SDS uses a three-step implementation model that really works to develop an energized team culture in your organization. Step one is a concentrated session with managers and supervisors to initiate the team-building process. Step two includes three organizing sessions with work teams over a 3-month period. Step three consists of a series of ongoing development sessions that provide continual evaluation of objectives, progress, and performance.

A proven SDS team building program can be custom-designed to address your exact needs, based on the results of customer and employee research. The cost is based on the number of employees, the geography of your organization, and the frequency of SDS visits.
